INTERNAL WORKSHOP COMPLETED!

The third and final day of training with the Oportunidades y Estrategias team has come to an end, this time focusing on conflict management.

After working on self-awareness and effective communication in previous sessions, this final day allowed us to practice dynamics for learning how to face challenges constructively and reinforce teamwork.

Throughout the three days, key subjects for personal and professional growth were analyzed:

• Self-awareness
• Effective communication
• Conflict management

We would like to thank our team for their commitment in each session, and especially the OyE team for guiding us through this learning process.

The training finished with group activities and a final team photo, reflecting the spirit of collaboration that marked the entire experience.
