EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION WORKSHOP WITH OYE

Yesterday, part of our team participated in a training workshop given by Oportunidades y Estrategias (OyE), focused on effective communication.

During the workshop, we learned how to strengthen and improve our relationships with others through practical exercises and group activities.

The workshop allowed us to identify strategies for expressing ourselves more clearly, practicing active listening, and fostering more constructive interactions—key skills for professional and personal growth.
