CONTINUOUS QUALITY IMPROVEMENT CASE: ROPSS

A month ago we showed you some troop cargo and carrier with roll over protection seating systems. Today we want to talk about the case of continuous quality improvement and the study we carried out with the safety seating system that were incorporated in this bodywork.  

For years we have been studying and analysing our roll-over seating systems, redesigning their ergonomics, checking different materials and testing each result in different impact, rollover and resistance studies in approved and reference institutions. In the end, we can say today that we have a roll over seat with the following characteristics:

• Tested according to the ECE R66 norm on structural
• Resistance to overturning
• Tested protection for frontal and later impacts
• Steel structure with front, lateral and roll-over protection
• Special design for head protection
• Designed to work in extreme conditions
• Seats with 4 points seat belts with tested anchors
