CHALLENGE US! WE HAVE NO BORDERS!

A big challange arise to ELS last year. A worldwide well known IT (Information Technology) company, was looking for reliable Shelter Carriers to transport a high value communication Shelter.

This project bring Unusual circumstances:

• Client is asking for a Torsion Free platforms to work in remote areas and difficult terrains.
• Chassis when Shelter Carrier will be installed, are located in South Korea.
• Client request a real test with real weights simulating Communication Shelter, but can not bring the shelter to ELS.
• Lacks of communications due the to the different languages and time difference between Spain and South Korea.

Once project started, all departments involved arrange some Videoconferences to set up a work planning with our client. Thanks to hard work to all parties, ELS and our client solve all the unexpected events arise and the proposed challenges.

• ELS design a ELS Torsion Free Shelter Carrier system tailor made for a very specific Communication Shelter.
• As we don’t have the Truck physically, ELS design in 3D the ELS Torsion Free Shelter Carrier system to match perfectly with existing truck.
• We found a local bodybuilder to subcontract the local assembly works to assembly ELS Torsion Free Shelter Carrier system on existing truck in South Korea.
• ELS design and manufacture a structure + weights simulating the communication Shelter dimensions and weights to do “Real Test." ELS test the ELS Torsion Free Shelter Carrier system prototype + weights on heavy off road terrains to be sure that everything is working as expected.
• Finally, we delivery all units to Korea and thank to our selected local bodybuilder, ELS Torsion Free Shelter Carrier system was assembled on local trucks. All assembly process was monitored by ELS Quality Control Dept with Videoconferences in real time.
