HAPPY RETIREMENT LUIS!

With a mix of joy and nostalgia, we said goodbye to our colleague Luis, who is retiring after spending his last working years at ELS.

In his final days, we had the chance to reflect with him on his career and hear from his closest colleagues, who shared what it meant to work work with him. 

As Jesús, one of his colleagues, tells in the video, he took his first steps as a welder guided by Luis and his experience. It is exciting how the destiny joined them together, right at the beginning of Jesus and in Luis last working years. That coincidence reminds us of the value of the relationships we build at work, which often transcend time.
